Time-Lapse footage of recently completed works by FP McCann at Conway Square as part Newtownards Public Realm. The scheme recently was a winner at the Considerate Constructor Scheme 2016 National Site Awards picking up a Bronze award.
The Newtownards proposals sought to develop the main public space (Conway Square) as a key focal point within the town that complements listed & historical features. The materials and design style used within Conway Square was emulated through to the surrounding streets within the scheme extents. Works included:
- High quality stone kerbs, and provision of high quality stone paving
- Semi mature tree planting
- Herbaceous planting and supply and installation of street furniture
- Signage
- Street and feature lighting
